Recruitable Player System hero

What families can expect

Honest coaching before recruiting promotion.

01

A clear starting point

Every player begins with an honest assessment of current development, readiness, and priorities.

02

An individualized next step

Recommendations reflect the player’s position, graduation year, goals, academics, and available training environment.

03

Parents kept informed

Communication is direct and parent-first, especially for minor athletes.

The Recruitable Player System

Development earns the right to discuss recruiting.

The system follows five deliberate stages. Players do not skip foundational work simply to create recruiting activity.

  1. 01

    Build

Establish movement, throwing, strength, arm-care, and practice priorities appropriate to the player.

  2. 02

    Develop

Follow an individualized plan with video feedback, accountability, and clear communication for players and parents.

  3. 03

    Prepare

Evaluate performance, academics, video, and profile materials before recruiting activity begins.

  4. 04

    Recruitable

Define realistic target schools, understand the timeline, and prepare clear communication for college coaches.

  5. 05

    Active Recruiting

Execute an organized outreach and follow-up plan, with NextCommit support when appropriate.
